Traditional Counseling Services

One-on-one or group counseling serves families and children who are challenged by family dynamics or special needs situations.  Individual counseling services address personal struggles or challenges with life circumstances.  During the initial session, we will assess where you are now, the first steps toward change, and a schedule to meet your needs.  Counseling is an effective method of processing, managing and resolving many stresses and challenges that arise in life. Offered by Caroline Thorne-Lyman, a Maine Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Empowerment Life Coach, family therapist, and certified elementary and special needs teacher with 34 years of professional excellence as a counselor.
